These terms govern your use of go.hedonic-digital.com and related pages (the "Site"), operated by Hedonic Digital LLC ("Hedonic Digital", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What the Site is
The Site describes business, technology and marketing services that Hedonic Digital offers to operators who want to launch or grow a telehealth business. Nothing on the Site is an offer of medical services, medical advice, a prescription, or treatment. Hedonic Digital does not practice medicine, prescribe, or dispense medication. Clinical services described on the Site are provided by independent, licensed clinicians and licensed pharmacies that contract directly with the business owner.
No guarantee of results
Descriptions of builds, timelines and services are general. Outcomes depend on your market, budget, execution, regulatory environment and the performance of third-party partners. Nothing on the Site promises a particular level of revenue, profit, patient volume, approval, certification timing or other result.
Applications and calls
Submitting an application does not create a contract. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, which controls over anything on the Site. We may decline any application at our discretion. By applying, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are at least 18 years old and authorised to act for any business you name.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including corporate practice of medicine rules, telehealth and pharmacy regulations, advertising rules and privacy laws in the states where you operate, and for obtaining your own legal, tax and regulatory advice. Information on the Site is not legal advice.
Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, design, graphics, mockups and code, belongs to Hedonic Digital or its licensors. You may view the Site for your own evaluation of our services. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, frame or create derivative works from the Site without our written permission. Sample brand names, storefronts and data shown in product mockups are illustrative and do not refer to real clients or patients.
Third-party services
The Site links to or embeds third-party services, including the application form, scheduling tools and advertising platforms. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hedonic Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Hedonic Digital and its members, officers and contractors against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Hedonic Digital LLC is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of that state.

We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version here. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed.
