Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Hedonic Digital LLC ("Hedonic Digital", "we", "us") collects on go.hedonic-digital.com and related pages (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. The Site is a business offer directed at operators and business owners. It is not a patient-facing service, and we do not collect health information through it.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you apply for a call, you provide details such as your name, email address, phone number, company, your situation and your goals. Applications are collected through a form hosted by Typeform.
- Usage and device information. Pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location, browser and device type, referring site, and the advertising identifiers described below.
- Advertising identifiers. If you arrive from an ad, the Site stores the campaign parameters in the link (for example utm_source, utm_campaign and the Google click identifier, gclid) in your browser's local storage so they can be attached to your application.
Cookies and tracking technologies
The Site uses the following third-party technologies, which may set cookies or similar identifiers:
- Google Ads and Google tags (Google LLC), to measure whether an ad led to an application and to improve our advertising. You can opt out of personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.), to measure advertising on Facebook and Instagram. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
- Typeform, which hosts the application form and may set cookies required for the form to work.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies does not prevent you from applying for a call.
How we use information
- To review your application, contact you and schedule a call.
- To respond to your questions and send information you request.
- To measure and improve the Site and our advertising, including matching an application to the ad that led to it.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business (form hosting, scheduling, email, customer relationship management, analytics and advertising platforms), with professional advisers, when required by law, or in connection with a merger, sale or reorganisation of our business. Service providers may only use the information to provide services to us.
Communications
If you apply, we may contact you by email, phone or text message about your application. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us at the address below.
Retention
We keep application records for as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on your application and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which we delete or anonymise them.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email giann@hedonic-digital.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Children
The Site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
