EMR and the clinician view

Licensed clinicians in all 50 states review intakes, order labs where the protocol requires them, e-prescribe, and message patients inside a HIPAA-compliant EMR. Clinical decisions and liability sit with the medical network, not with you.

  • Asynchronous review for most programs; video consults where required
  • Clinicians paid per review; no recruiting or credentialing on your side
  • Compliant structure for the states you sell in

Checkout and payment processing

Standard processors freeze telehealth accounts. Your build runs on a processor approved for telehealth, with a backup configured, and charges are captured after the clinician approves, so declined intakes never turn into refunds.

  • Credit, debit and FSA/HSA cards
  • Processing rates and reserve terms on the cost sheet, line by line
  • LegitScript certification filed for you, usually about 2 weeks

Compliance pass on every creative before it goes live · backup ad accounts ready · recovery within 24 hours if an account is disabled

The ads, launched and managed

This is the part most providers leave out. From day 31 our media team writes, produces and tests your patient ads, builds the landing pages, runs the accounts, and sends you one report a week. Backup accounts and a 24-hour recovery plan are part of the build, not an upgrade.

  • Creative built from what already works across our telehealth clients
  • Compliance review on every ad and landing page
  • You approve the monthly budget; we do the rest

The 30-day plan, week by week

The order matters: the items with the longest outside timelines start on day one, and nothing goes live until it has been tested end to end with real transactions.

  • Live test orders, both directions
Week 4

Launch

  • Final QA and go-live
  • First campaigns on from day 31
  • Weekly report starts
  • Scale when the numbers say so

Already built it, nobody runs the ads?

We hear it on most calls: six conversations with providers, and none of them do the marketing. A build with no patients is a cost. Choose the full build, or bring the build you have and we take over the ads.

What you own on day 30

Not a franchise, not a license, not a white-label page on someone else's platform. The business is yours, and you can take every piece of it elsewhere.

The entity and the brand

Your LLC or corporation, your brand, your domain, your trademarks.

The site and the data

Storefront, intake, EMR access, the patient list and every record, exportable any time.

The accounts

Ad accounts, payment processing, pharmacy and clinical agreements, all in your name.

No royalties

No territory, no per-vial cut, no percentage of your business taken as a license fee.

No lock-in

Keep the doctor network and pharmacy, or switch; the build is yours either way.

Your pricing

You set retail prices, specials and bundles. Pharmacy cost is on the cost sheet.

Who this is built for

Serious operators with capital to deploy, who want to own the business without running it as a second job. Most of our clients come from one of these three places.

Start a weight-loss clinic from zero

You have seen the demand and you want to own a brand in it. We build the storefront, intake, clinician review, pharmacy routing and payments, then run the ads that bring the patients. Launch before January, the biggest month of the year for weight-loss demand.

  • Online intake, asynchronous clinician review
  • Monthly programs with refills and check-ins
  • Your role: approve the budget, read the report

Add telehealth to your med spa or clinic

Your patients already trust you. We add the online side under your brand: nationwide programs, 50-state clinician coverage, pharmacy routing and compliant payments, without adding staff or clinic hours.

  • Keep your brand; go national
  • Separate entity and structure where your state requires it
  • Ads built around what your practice already does
Apply for a build call

Physicians, NPs and PAs

Keep your clinical model and your license. We build the practice around you: cash-pay, nationwide, with the EMR, pharmacy routing and patient ads handled, so the practice earns beyond your clinic hours.

  • Your protocols, your intake questions
  • Network coverage for the states you are not licensed in
  • Labs and video consults where required

Eight questions to ask every provider you are comparing

Most buyers we speak with are comparing three or more companies. These are the questions that separate them, with our answers. Ask every provider the same eight.

1. Do you run the ads, or just build?

We build and run. Creative, landing pages, accounts, reporting, from day 31. Marketing-only is available for brands already live.

2. Is the clinician network licensed in all 50 states?

Yes, through more than one network, so coverage does not depend on one group of doctors.

3. Which pharmacy, and does it ship to the patient?

Licensed 503A compounding pharmacies, shipped direct to the patient in pharmacy-branded packaging. Pricing on the cost sheet.

4. Who files LegitScript and how long does it take?

We file and manage it. About 2 weeks is typical; 6–7 weeks is common elsewhere.

5. What is the payment processing rate and the reserve?

A telehealth-approved processor with a backup; the rate and any reserve are on the cost sheet, not discovered later.

6. What do I own, and what happens if I leave?

Everything: entity, brand, site, data, accounts. If you leave, you keep it and can connect your own network.

7. What happens when an account gets disabled?

Backup ad accounts and processing are set up in the build; recovery within 24 hours for most failures.

8. Can I see every cost before I sign?

Yes. Build, ad spend ranges, per-patient clinician and pharmacy fees, processing, software: one sheet, on the first call.

What the all-in cost sheet covers

You will not find a price on this page, and you should not trust one quoted alone. On the first call you get every cost in one sheet, so you can compare providers line by line.

Included in the build

  • Brand, domain and HIPAA-compliant storefront
  • Patient intake, EMR and clinician onboarding
  • 50-state doctor network and 503A pharmacy routing
  • Telehealth payment processing with a backup
  • LegitScript application and management
  • Ad creative, landing pages, ad accounts and tracking
  • Ads launched and managed after day 30, with weekly reporting

Shown separately on the sheet

  • Your monthly ad spend (you approve it; it scales with results)
  • Per-patient clinician review fees and pharmacy cost
  • Payment processing rate and any reserve
  • Software and messaging, usually a few hundred dollars a month
  • Legal advice for your entity and state (your attorney)
  • Inventory: none, the pharmacy ships per order
"Every partner we work with is a third party you can check: the pharmacy, the clinician networks, the processor, LegitScript. We would rather you verify us than believe us. On the call we show real client storefronts, real build timelines and the worst case, not a projection."

Giann Bernard, founder, Hedonic Digital. Telehealth builds delivered on a telehealth-grade platform with 50-state clinical coverage; ads managed across our telehealth clients.

Prefer to see it first? The call includes a walkthrough of a live client storefront, the owner portal and a recent weekly report.

Questions we get on the first call

Do I need a medical license?

No. Licensed clinicians in the network review intakes and prescribe. Where your state requires a specific structure for a non-clinician owner, the build sets it up and your attorney reviews it.

What is my role after launch?

Approve the monthly ad budget, read the weekly report, join a short review call. Most owners spend 2–10 hours a week. Patient support, clinical review and fulfilment sit with the partners.

How fast can I be live before January?

A build signed by Nov 30 is live by Dec 31 with ads on from day 31. Signed by Dec 15, live by Jan 14. The dated plan is agreed on the kickoff call.

Which programs can I offer?

Weight management, men's and women's health, skin, hair, and more from a 120+ item formulary. Launches typically start with three categories. Programs are prescribed by licensed clinicians; nothing is sold without a review.

Can I talk to a current client?

On the call we show live client storefronts, portals and reports. Client introductions happen after onboarding, inside the client community, because our clients did not sign up to take sales calls.

Is this for me if I already have a telehealth build?

Yes. The marketing side runs on its own for brands that are live: creative, landing pages, ad accounts and weekly reporting. Apply and choose "I already have a build".

What is the worst case?

You end up owning a compliant, launched telehealth business with the ads turned off. The build, the site, the data and the accounts stay yours. We walk through the worst case on the call, with the cost sheet, before you decide.
